This Privacy Policy explains how APO ("we", "us") handles information in the APO mobile application (the "App") and on this website. The App is published by APO, 17 B Rue d'Asnières, 41150 Veuzain-sur-Loire, France.

1. Summary

The App does not require an account and we do not collect personal data through the App. The App does not use analytics, advertising, tracking or third-party SDKs that collect data, and it does not send your data to our servers.

2. Data stored on your device

App settings such as your language and whether you have completed the onboarding. This information is stored only locally on your device, is never transmitted to us or to third parties, and can be removed via deleting the app.

3. Contacting support

If you email us at gday@apoapp.org, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use this information only to reply to your request, keep it for no longer than 12 months after the conversation ends, and delete it earlier on request.

4. Website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider may process standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs for security purposes.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Brazilian LGPD, the Australian Privacy Act 1988 or the California CCPA, including the right to access, correct or delete your personal data and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
